Get ready to ride in a few easy steps!

Available on iTunes and Android. This app connects to the smart locks and facilitates the rental.

Step 2

Sign up for an Account

Follow the steps on screen to register and add your card information.

Step 3

Unlock Your Bike

Use the app to unlock your bike with the lock's 4 digit code.

Step 4

Have Fun Riding!

Once unlocked, you can ride wherever you want! The app will track your ride and charge your card accordingly. Take a trip along the bay or check out the Pedal Palacios Community Event!

Step 5

Return to Dock Station

Return the bike to the designated dock station and using the app, lock your bike and complete your ride!

GPS Smart Lock

Our Smart Locks are controlled by the app to lock and unlock bikes for your ride.

They are remotely monitered 24/7 via GPS location, so they can only be deposited in designated zones on the map.

7 Speed Shimano Gears

Our bikes offer 7 speeds to make crusining enjoyable and easy. Changing gears is simple. While pedaling/ in motion, simply turn the gear knob up or down on the handlebar and wait for the gears to change.
